Liver Complete Liver Cleanse Ingredients

We believe that our patent pending formula is truly unique, but more important, totally effective, in the fight to resolve the cleansing issues of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas.  In working with our ingredients, we have attempted to maintain true to the goals of Complete Natural Products.  The goals of Complete Natural Products are to 1) Cleanse 2) Balance, and 3) Restore.  Those goals translate down to the very ingredients that we choose to include within each of our products. It is the decision to include the best ingredients that provide our customers the best results for their health investments that drive our choices.

Activated Apple Cider Vinegar – We use a proprietary process to create what we call Activated Apple Cider Vinegar.  Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider and has a pale to medium amber color. Our unpasteurized and organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can makes the vinegar look cloudy.  Apple cider vinegar contains valuable minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, magnesium, and chlorine. It also contains sulfur, copper, silicon, fluorine, beta-carotene, pectin and malic acid.  These trace minerals are essential to nourish the body and restore minerals to organs.  ACV although considered acidic, actually raises the pH of the body and increases the level of digestion and absorption of minerals to the body.  When minerals are delivered to a balanced body, the body has an inherent ability to deliver calcium to bones, organs and tissue and balances insulin levels.  Whereas when minerals are delivered in an unbalanced pH body, the body cannot absorb the minerals and use them for the proper health of the body and organs such as the kidneys, bladder, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and thyroid.

Artichoke Leaf – Clinical studies have proven that Artichoke significantly increases bile flow with the liver with the result that metabolism is increased and lipids or fats are eliminated quicker within the digestive process. It is also anti-microbial and anti-fungal and has had significant impact on those with issues of irritable bowel syndrome and high cholesterol levels.

Beet - One of the best foods out there for your health are beets. This is why we include this important ingredient within Liver Complete. It has many benefits. Listed are a few. Beets help to keep cholesterol at bay, the root cause of gallstones. Beets contain a compound known as betaine that can reduce inflammation in organs, joints, bones, the throat and blood vessels by 20 percent.   Beets are known to be a great food for preventing and battling colon cancer. Beets not only contain antioxidants, they also help the liver produce additional natural antioxidants. These help combat the oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Beets are high in folate, a B vitamin. This helps with natural tissue growth, which is especially beneficial to children and pregnant women and maintaining the proper balance in the body.

Calcium - Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body. Approximately 99 percent of calcium is present in the bones and teeth, which leaves only about one percent in cells and body fluids. Although only a small amount of calcium is in the blood, the body goes to great lengths to maintain blood-calcium levels within a relatively narrow range. If levels drop too low, intestinal calcium absorption can increase, calcium can be released from bones, and the kidneys reduce calcium excretion and retention within the kidneys inversely increases.  It is important to note, that a high intake of dietary calcium appears to decrease risk for symptomatic kidney stones, whereas intake of supplemental calcium may increase the risk of kidney stones.  This is another important reason as to why we use a liquid so that we can provide a dietary source that can be used effectively by the body.

Citric Acid – Has a number of uses. First and foremost, it breaks down fats or lipids and acts as a natural degreaser. Fat on the liver is the precursor of cirrhosis as well as weight gain and diabetes. It equally aids in the removal of toxins from the body and acts as a natural astringent removing bacteria. It helps regulate pH in the digestive tract and promotes efficient digestive processes as it speeds up metabolism. It prevents diarrhea, dysentery and other bowel diseases acting as a regulator while facilitating energy production within cells and within the body.

Citrus Bioflavonoids - Clinically, citrus bioflavonoids have outstanding healing properties in muscles and organs  eliminating infection and inflammation, increasing cellular absorption, and augmenting blood circulation, all important aspects in restoring balance and health.

Cranberry – This natural and tasty fruit has long been used for its medicinal properties.  Cranberries are a source of polyphenol antioxidants, under active research for possible benefits to the cardiovascular system and immune system, and as anti-cancer agents. There is potential benefit of cranberry juice consumption against bacterial infections in the urinary system and digestive system. Research shows that an effect occurs from a component of the juice inhibiting bacterial attachment to the bladder and urethra.  It has also been observed to have a relaxing effect, reducing stress.

Cumin - Cumin has been used for thousands of years as a natural remedy for indigestion. Modern research has shown that the reason for this is the fantastic health effect on the digestive organs, particularly the liver and the pancreas. One study shows an increase of up to 700 % of a critical cleansing enzyme within the liver. Cumin has been shown to increase the level of bile, a critical role of the gallbladder, liver and pancreas. When compared with other antioxidants, cumin was found to be 12 times more powerful than cranberry or pomegranate.

Dandelion - Traditionally, dandelion has been used as a diuretic, to increase the amount of urine the body produces in order to get rid of excess fluids, toxins and debris. It has been used for many conditions where a diuretic might help, such as liver problems and high blood pressure. Fresh or dried dandelion herb is also used as a mild appetite stimulant and to improve upset stomach. The root of the dandelion plant may act as a mild laxative and has been used to improve digestion. Research suggests it may help improve liver function while reducing issues of toxin and sludge.

Hibiscus - It has been clinically proven to reduce infections and inflammation by as much as 75% as a single source ingredient. Pancreatic, toxic liver and gallbladder issues are augmented by the inability to effectively deal with infection and inflammation.

Honey – This is a excellent product for good health. It contains essential trace vitamins and minerals. These are important to a balanced body and increased cellular absorption. It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, and anti-tumor properties. As a sugar substitute for diabetics, it is used extensively based upon its level sugar absorption by the body, thus avoiding the blood/sugar spikes that diabetics must avoid.

L-Lysine – Lysine is an essential amino acid. That means it is necessary for human health but the body can't manufacture it. Amino acids like lysine are the building blocks of protein. Lysine is important for proper growth, and it plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping to lower cholesterol. More importantly, lysine helps the body absorb calcium while decreasing the amount of calcium that is lost in urine that subsequently initiates the formation of gallstones.

L-Taurine - Taurine is an organic acid and classified as one of the amino acids. It is a major constituent of bile and can be found in the liver, pancreas and gallbladder and in the tissues of humans. Taurine has many fundamental biological roles such as conjugation of bile acids, antioxidation, membrane stabilization and modulation of calcium signaling. Why is Taurine important? It increases bile flow, speeds up the metabolism, regulates mineral retention and reduces toxins, debris and the production of gallstones.

Magnesium - Magnesium creates in the body cholecystokinin which is a peptide hormone of the gastrointestinal system responsible for stimulating the digestion of fat and protein. This in turn causes the release of digestive enzymes and bile from the pancreas and the gallbladder. This also acts as a hunger suppressant as the metabolism is increased which will lead to weight loss when the liver and gallbladder are working at full efficiency. The University of California at San Francisco also indicate that magnesium citrates and malates inhibit the development of stones by raising the alkalinity of the body. Magnesium also acts as a relaxer, turning off pain receptors and will reduce, minimize or eliminate pain. Another vital role that magnesium accomplishes is that it acts as a regulator for calcium, thus balancing the body's mineral levels to avoid organs (i.e. liver, gallbladder, kidneys) from retaining minerals and the loss of calcium from bones, thyroid and many highly sensitive mineral body balancing processes.

Milk Thistle/Silymarin - It has been used medicinally for at least 2000 years, mainly for the treatment of gallbladder and liver disorders. It is still used today as a liver tonic and for the treatment of gallstones. Milk thistle extract helps to prevent or treat gallstones because of its apparent ability to increase the solubility of bile and thus prevent the formation of gallstones and the subsequent chemical break down of debris, gallstones, and sludge. Silymarin, as the active component of milk thistle, is used in plentiful concentrations to cleanse, balance and restore health to the liver.

Natural Flavorings – We use organic flavorings to reduce the acidic taste of our apple cider vinegar based products while enhancing the natural fruit taste.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine - N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is an amino acid important for assisting the body in conducting cleansing functions on the molecular level and providing an antioxidant source to fight against respiratory and neurodegenerative disorders. It has been shown to provide significant health benefits for cancer, heart and liver disease by clearing mucus passage ways out and allowing the free flow of bodily fluid, gas and neuron processes.

Natural Juices –Juices are excellent in increasing the pH level of the body and increase the alkaline state of the body. They are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and filled with citric acid to dissolve gallstones.

Potassium - Potassium citrate is rapidly absorbed when given by mouth and is excreted in the urine as a carbonate. It is, therefore, effective in reducing the pain and frequency of urination when caused by highly acidic urine. A cause of gallstones, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, joint pain, arthritis, thyroid issues and gout. Many urologists today rely solely on potassium citrate as a standalone solution to reduce the size of kidney and gallstones. A study of 500 patients with recurrent stones found that it reduced the frequency of stones from 2 per year to a half per year. We also use it as an proven alkanizing agent in the treatment of urinary tract infections and other infections of the kidneys, liver and gallbladder, thus using it to dissolve existing stones, prevent the formation of future stones and in the pH balancing of the GI tract.

Schisandra Berry – Research suggests that schisandra has a protective effect on the liver. Two human trials have shown that schisandra may help people with chronic viral hepatitis. Schisandra appears to protect the liver by activating the enzymes that produce glutathione.

Turmeric - In a recent study conducted to evaluate the effects of turmeric on the liver's ability to detoxify xenobiotic (toxic) chemicals, levels of two very important liver detoxification enzymes (UDP glucuronyl transferase and glutathione-S-transferase) were significantly elevated as a result of the turmeric as compared to controls. The researchers commented, "The results suggest that turmeric may increase detoxification systems in addition to its anti-oxidant properties.”

The B Vitamins - B vitamins are found in whole unprocessed foods. The B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism, cell absorption and digestive metabolism for proper kidney, gallbladder and pancreas health.

Vitamin C - This is one of the most essential vitamins for good health. It is also a cofactor in at least eight enzymatic reactions within the body. This vitamin is critical to reducing infection, bacteria, virus and in helping with the healing process. It is also one of the key components in dissolving stones and reducing cholesterol retention within the gallbladder.

Zinc - Zinc is involved in numerous aspects of cellular metabolism. It is required for the catalytic activity of approximately 100 enzymes and it plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division. A daily intake of zinc is required to maintain a steady state because the body has no specialized zinc storage system. Enzyme production is critical for liver, pancreas and gallbladder health.
